I use Sensodyne Pronamel toothpaste and Crest. And since I only gargle Listerine twice a day, I’d use regular mouthwash too (Kirkland brand) Maybe that could be it? Why is it bleeding and how do I stop it? (I don’t get my insurance until next year, don’t twll me to see my orthodontist because I can’t)"
